Matt was signing up for a bunch of races this morning. (He decided to run the Rock 'N' Roll marathon in June, woooo!)
Anyway, not wanting to be left out, I signed up for my very first 5K. AND IT'S THIS SATURDAY!!
It's the Super 5K, which I am assuming is in honor of the Super Bowl. And it's around Mission Bay. I'm sorta freaking out right now. But the following is what Coach Matt suggested:
Monday: 5K
Wednesday: 2 miles
Saturday: race
Bring it.

ReplyDeleteI assume that the training schedule also calls for a deep muscle massage from the coach either before or after the 5K - preferably both.
